UPDATE I added more wind, repainted the eye, added more light to the chest, increased the size of one horn, moved the top horn in a better position, added the bracelets, added the knee spikes, added more muscle to her arms, and toned down the sharpness in the scales.
I first must say that I absolutely love the fact that you depicted Cynder using her wind abilities so well. The wind and debris is amazing and absolutely perfect! The color scheme and lighting here is done fantasticly as well. I can't get over how you did her wings and headshape, as well as her body and claws.
The improvables are little, though. It may be just me, but Cynder's tail seems a bit fat. It kind of reminds me of how it was in the first two games. The mountains seem a bit sketchy-looking, too. The fog looks pretty good, but I think the background could have had a bit more to it. Perhaps some light breaking through from beneath the fog?
Other than the few criticisms, the picture is one of your most dynamic and powerful looking in my opinion. Well done.
I think this is not so good... The anatomy sucks so badly... Don't get mortified Her right hand is weird... It looks like it's broken And the tail is way too short.
I don't really like the scales, they are so visible. You should hide them more.
That Cynder doesn't look like she's spinning, actually. Looks like only the wings are spinning around Cynder. Maybe there is some perspective fails, too. Her stomach is too big on the front and way too thin at the middle. And her right leg is broken!
And the The skin of the wings looks like sandpaper and the horns, spikes and claws looks like wood.
You are very good at BG:s and effects , but not so good at characters.

You need just more practicing, so keep it up!
