First off, I love the ice. Along with that, the lighting on the grass, and Spyro's teeth and his pose are enormously amazing! That part impressed me. I realize ice is difficult to show in artwork and the fact that your artwork is often realistic is what makes this ice correctly depicted. If it were a more cartoonish picture, I would have said that the ice needs more blue hues, but it worked out well, here.

The flaws are some of the usual. The rocks look almost like round boulders of wood. I see what you tried to do to make them look earthy, but it doesn't seem(at least not to me) to make them look rocky.

Spyro's head and body is done amazingly well, but I think his wings look a bit like they're scratched instead of bone-like. That effect looks great on the chest though. The river looks a tiny bit stiff...perhaps a sparkle or two?

The mountains, though, and the trees are done ver well.
I would say that this is not a bad picture.
