Girl Smile_Old by Tsitra360 Girl Smile_Old by Tsitra360
A very old digital painting. In fact, I think I did this before I had my first tablet! I found it deep in my drawings folder on my computer. Wow, looking at what I could do then and now, I've improved!

I used a photo reference somewhere here on DA, I won't even try and find that old thing. Just to let you know that I didn't come up with this awesome expression.

Year: 2005-2006?

Wow, amazing! Especially since you said you did it with a mouse! Very realistic, and pretty smoothly done as well, you must have a really steady hand.

I do, in fact I think I'm a steady person all around. Such as balancing a soccer ball on my foot or my head. I can even steady a golf club on my head. I guess its because of my experience in soccer is where I learned to keep my balance.

Pretty impressive, and useful as well. Sports do help a lot with balance and hand-eye coordination and other stuff like that. I never thought it could help with art as well.

Wow, For a moment I thought this was real. And you said you've improved over this so what you have coming up is going to be amazing. I can't wait to see what you got in store.

How did you draw this before your tablet? What did you use?

A dell computer, Photoshop CS3, and a mouse. I even put the psd file on a thumb drive and continued drawing it at school. I was getting the reputation of always digitally drawing.
